Production notes

This rosé, a blend of 51% Grenache, 25% Cinsaut, and 24% Mourvèdre, draws inspiration from the great rosés of Provence. Fermented and aged in stainless steel and old barrels, it showcases a beautiful balance of freshness,texture, and depth. Grenache, picked early, brings bright acidity and vibrant red fruit; Cinsaut, which receives 24 hours of skin contact, contributes a silky texture and refined mouthfeel; while Mourvèdre adds weight, structure, and complexity.
