Harvested from our Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted in 1971. 100% de-stemmed. Fermented in stainless steel open top tanks with native yeast. Gentle cap management with pump overs. Racked only once prior to bottling. Bottled without fining or filtration. 500 cases bottled June 6, 2023.
