A blend of 45% Grenache, 35% Syrah, and 20% Mourvèdre (formerly named Les Trois). Plush red fruit and plum notes unfold with earthy undertones. A delicate touch of vanilla carries through the finish, adding subtle warmth to the wine's bright, structured profile. Drink now through 2035.
Sourced from three organically farmed blocks of old vines on the estate, our GSM reflects the character of our site. The fruit was hand-harvested over a three week period, with each varietal vinified separately and aged for 18 months in barrel, including 20% new oak. Some whole cluster fermentation of the Syrah. The final blend was bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its natural texture and depth.
Wine Enthusiast, 90 points Pungent aromas of palo santo and leather lift the core of pomegranate and cranberry on the nose of this blend. The palate pick up herbal tones of anise and toasted sage leaf that add depth to the tart fruits. — Matt Kettmann
