2024 Grenache Blanc
Tasting notes
Generous on the palate with ripe melon, nectarines, and hints of green papaya. A subtle mineral edge adds lift, whiles lees aging contributes depth and texture. Vibrant acidity keeps the wine fresh and expressive.
Production notes
Sourced from the steep, organically farmed hillside block of Coteau de Clair Vineyard. Fermented using native yeasts, with half the lot in neutral oak barrels and the other half in stainless steel. Aged on lees for eight months to enhance mouthfeel and complexity. Malolactic fermentation was inhibited to preserve the wine’s natural acidity and freshness. The result is an elegant and mouthwatering Grenache Blanc that clearly shows the character of its hillside vineyard.

The outstanding 2024 Koehler Grenache Blanc was stored neutral oak for eight months before bottling. This comes off rich and fat on the tongue, so don’t serve too cold. Rich melon fruits collide with wet stone, nectarine and shades of green papaya on the palate. Seriously good to enjoy now, watch this evolve over the next six plus years.
