Our second vintage of Gamay at Koehler, crafted in the Beaujolais style, is bright, fresh, and irresistibly drinkable. Picked early to preserve its natural acidity and highlight Gamay’s unique character, this wine maintains a lower alcohol while delivering expressive flavors of pomegranate, white pepper, and floral undertones. Effortlessly enjoyable and perfect for pairing or sharing with friends. Enjoy now!

Gamay is on the rise across the Central Coast, and it's because of zesty, intriguing bottlings like this. Aromas of candied strawberry are cut by sharp peppercorn and fresno chile-like spices on the nose. The palate pops with cherry soda flavors that are cut by green hits of sansho and serrano. This would work chilled. — Matt Kettmann
91 Cristaldi Score | From Portico Hills Vinyeard and aged for 6 months in neutral oak, this is a bright, zingy, and zesty red that crackles with energy. Tangy blood orange acidity drives the palate, while grippy tannins add structure to the medium-bodied frame. Notes of brown baking spices and a hint of incense lend complexity to the finish. Serve this slightly chilled alongside BBQ or pizza.
The 2024 Gamay was stored in neutral oak for six months prior to bottling. It is fresh and vibrant with delicate guava and strawberry fruits alongside pink bubblegum and orange peel notes. The salty character of this wine really shines. Drink 2025-2031- 91 —Owen Bargreen
