2022 Petite Sirah
Tasting notes
The inaugural 2021 vintage sold out in record time! We're thrilled to share its successor - dense, bold, and nearly black in the glass. Dive into generous flavors of crushed blueberries, concentrated dark fruit, and vanilla crème. Velvety tannins make for a lasting finish. Enjoy this inky, dramatic wine with BBQ and rich, hearty dishes. There's nothing petite about its big personality.

The newish Alisos Canyon appellation is home to some of the more interesting Petite Sirah around. This bottling is dense with charred and raw lamb aromas on the nose, with elderberry providing the fruit base. The palate is quite tarry and meaty, as hints of rosemary and more dark fruit complete the cooler climate picture. — Matt Kettmann
