A strongly earthy aroma kicks off the nose of this bottling, leading into both dried and fresh grass as well as lime peel scents. The palate is zippy in acidic energy before fading a bit into lime sorbet flavors and a more viscous texture. — Matt Kettmann
Stored on the lees for six months, this 2023 Sauvignon Blanc delivers mango and white grapefruit aromatics alongside shades of ripe peach. The palate is juicy and nicely textured with good richness. Drink 2024-2030 91 points —Owen Bargreen
