2022 Viognier
Our 2022 Estate Viognier was harvested on October 6th and then immediately pressed. It was barrel fermented in French oak – about 25% new, 75% neutral. This is a bold style of Viognier with more nuanced aromatics. On the nose you'll find floral notes, apple, and hints of orange. There's a touch of acidity on the weighty, creamy mid palate followed by notes of citrus, melon, and honey.
