2022 Rosé of Grenache
A soft salmon in color, this Grenache-based rosé, which also includes 15% Cinsaut, offers aromas of cantaloupe and mandarin orange on the nose. Crisp, refreshing, but elegant on the palate. Notes of strawberry and raspberry with a smooth, zesty finish.
Whole cluster pressed, Grenache and Cinsaut were co-fermented in stainless steel at very cool temperatures for over three weeks. Aged on lees and racked only once prior to bottling.
