Production notes

Hand-picked from Maria Vista Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley. This wine was fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel vats over 15 days, with gentle processing and twice-daily punchdowns to extract color and fine tannins. Aged for 10 months in 30% new French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve purity and expression.
