Sourced from the organically farmed White Owl Vineyard in the Los Olivos District, this Sauvignon Blanc was harvested slightly early to preserve its natural acidity. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for six months, it gains subtle texture and depth without sacrificing freshness.
