Crafted from two distinguished blocks of old vines planted in 1971-Estrella and 877 clones-this wine reflects the legacy of our estate. A cool growing season set the stage for a late harvest in mid-November, ensuring optimal flavor development. The fruit underwent 20% whole cluster fermentation, followed by over two years of aging in barrels with 40% new French oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, the result is a wine of depth and character.
