Tasting notes
A blend of 45% Grenache, 35% Syrah, and 20% Mourvèdre (formerly named Les Trois). Pungent aromas of palo santo and leather lift a core of pomegranate and cranberry on the nose. On the palate, vibrant flavors of tart cherry are balanced by earthy undertones of sage, while herbal notes of anise and toasted sage leaf lend complexity. A delicate touch of vanilla carries through the finish, adding subtle warmth to the wine's bright, structured profile.

Sourced from three organically farmed blocks of old vines on the estate, our GSM reflects the character of our site. The fruit was hand-harvested over a three week period, with each varietal vinified separately and aged for 18 months in barrel, including 20% new oak. Some whole cluster fermentation of the Syrah. The final blend was bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its natural texture and depth.
